Lovely when you are inside (around the property leaves a lot to be desired). Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast had good choice of continental and cooked food - the staff however were not very attentive - in fact didn’t speak to us once. The roof pool was empty - probably a bit too early in the season for it. Felt like a bit of an oasis in the midst of rather dodgy area - convenient for the station though.

Unfortunately the roof terrace was not available during my stay, would have been nice to be advised of this prior to booking. Wi-fi was a bit intermittent. Overall a very nice hotal, morden and clean interior within a old building and friendly staff.

There is a lot of homeless right around the hotel. Walking in the day seemed ok, but the evening was a bit concerning to put it nicely.

Nice hotel but let down by external noise and WiFi

Mixed opinions on the stay. Let down by poor WiFi signal in room (said this to hotel staff but nothing done) and dreadful exterior soundproofing. On the plus side, hotel rooms are large and clean. Included breakfast was of good quality. Hotel is definitely nicest hotel in area but let down by external noise and WiFi issues

Fabulous hotel.

We highly recommend your hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again. One minor issue - the bathroom door squeaked loudly. All in all we tremendously enjoyed our stay. Super location.

The hotel was fine, however it was did that they had a key where you leave it at the front desk when you leave and pick it up when you come back. Seems it’s stuck in the 1960’s that way as this is what you seem in the old movies. In addition the wifi in my room did not work. On occasion I would get 1 bar and but usually nothing.

Very clean and well kept property

It was overall a good experience. From the time we checked in, Mauricio was very helpful and the front desk people were very helpful to us. Bartenders and breakfast servers was very friendly and helpful. However, there was one guy named, Francesco (front desk) who was not friendly and won’t even look at you. We saw him on the 2nd day we were asking for our keys but he didn’t smile or look but almost threw the keys to us. We thought he was just having a bad day but the next and the following days he was looking very pissed even to other guests. We thought he is in the wrong industry working. We know how the other workers or the company in general would be affected with one single bad review. We value how the hotel is keeping its quality and cleanliness despite the location which is a very chaotic outside. I still feel that the hotel deserves a 4 star rating even with the bad experience with Francesco. Thank you again for the warm hospitality.
