The room we initially checked in was very old and not well maintained. The ceiling looks like it had mold growing in the corners and the restroom smells damp and like urine. The next morning, I submit a complaint and requested a change of room and the front desk was very helpful and switch us to another room. The room was much better. Although furniture is still worned and old the room was overall very clean, no signs of mold or dirt/dust in the ceilings and restroom definitely does not have the same horrible smell. Overall, it was the wonderful employees that save this hotel. They really did whatever they can to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
