This home has great charm! Everything you want in a cozy beach house set on a private road. Large yard with great sunset views. It is centrally located in Narragansett where you are close to many area beaches (1-3 miles radius), shopping, restaurants and The Block Island Ferry!!
The bedrooms and the living room have air condition window units installed. There is a patio with gas grill and a yard. It is at the end of a private road so its very quiet!
The outside of the house has a new walkway wrapping around the front house to a new patio that seats 6 people with a gas grill overlooking the back yard. In the spring/ summer time there was new landscaping done !and more to come!

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Point Judith Pond. Features include a water park and laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
