The hotel appearance was clean, the rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hallway smelled mildew and old. The carpet was a little dirty too, but you could tell that they tried to clean it. Inside the room, the carpet was good.

Of all the motels I stayed at I never had to pay to park my vehicle on their property also it don’t say you have to pay for parking in their website. Sink faucets was broken shower got water everywhere rubber seals are broken would never stay their again

Located on the outskirts of Music Row but conveniently 5 - 10 minutes away from Broadway and the bar scene, the downtown area attractions were convenient as well. As far as the hotel is concerned it was clean, the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the mattress wasn’t comfortable but we endured it. I would stay again if I went back.

My husband and I have been staying at this property for the last five years. We like it. It’s very close to downtown depending on the time of day an Uber ride is the way to go normally we pay about eight dollars. You can walk if you want to, but it’s about 3/4 of a mile.
