The staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are good sized and clean. Breakfast was good with make-your-own waffles. Room service is upon request. Located in midtown Nashville near the original Hattie B's, it is a bit off the beaten path and about one mile from Broadway (Uber!).

For an old hotel, it was really clean and quaint. Some staff members were grumpy. But there were others that were really nice. For the price, it’s a great stay. I’d def stay here again

The room was just ok, nothing special. The check- in staff was unwelcoming and made us feel like we were interrupting them. They didn't know where any nearby coffee places were. The breakfast was ok.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to find street parking and avoid the $42 charge all 4 nights. The Hayes is downtown without being too close to the party of Music Row. The Mexican restaurant next door had great food and drinks.
