Everything was great EXCEPT the doors slammed so loudly. I was woken up multiple times a night and all morning to people going in and out of their rooms. I have never experienced this in a hotel before. It was quite annoying and I definitely lost sleep

i thought the place was nice. The front desk person was extremely nice. We didn't like the fact that we were there 3 days and never got room service. I also want to comment that it would have been nice to be told that street parking is free. The Valet people never told us that. Parking across the street is free and it would save you $42 a day!
