Very clean, nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff was nice. This place was probably very nice 15 years ago but now it's starting to look pretty worn and dated, seems like a good time for a remodel. Very good breakfast, comparatively. Whole lobby reeks like cheap cologne though. Had to hold my breath walking to/from the elevators. breakfast I've had.

Clean room, excellent staff ( nice gentleman brought us towels at 1AM). All the staff was nice. Nice hotel BUT CHARGING FOR PARKING is the reason we will look for other options. Breakfast is great. I would recommend if you don’t mind parking a long distance in the cold at night because they have functions too that can make you walk and still pay for parking.

The hotel room and location was great. There was not any hot water from the evening when I arrived at the hotel, which was about 7:45 p.m., until I left the next day, which around 8:45 a.m. I called the front desk and advised them of the issue after I arrived. The engineer called back a short time later and advised that one of the boilers were "off line" and that it should be back working properly within the hour. Two (2) hours later and there still was no hot water. I was very disappointed about this because it was cold outside and I couldn't take a warm/hot shower to get clean or warm up. This is very unacceptable.
