They didn't clean the room during my stay again this time. I've complained to the front desk every visit, but I only hear excuses. First, they said they would inform the cleaners. Second, I was told I needed to hang the cleaning tag. Third, they claimed I had to speak to the front desk each morning to request cleaning. Even a third-grade motel wouldn't require all these steps.

I had a reservation that was confirmed. When I go to the hotel there was no power at all. The main doors did not work, no computers, no lights and no heat. They showed me my room. I was going to tough it out but it was worse that I thought. I couldn't even charge my phone. So I called my wife who was at home to help me find another hotel. I was able to get an Uber and left This happened during a bad winter storm and half the city was without power. My main complaint was that Hotels.com sold me the room and then confirmed it. I got the trip insurance but there are too many hoops to jump through to file a claim. Is anyway that you can refund my charges. If so please advise. ineedinfo1503@gmail.com
