I like it the first time when I came to stay in this hotel & it was really clean & quiet. Hotel lobby always smelling good & staff was very friendly & this is the reason why I book this hotel again. But the recent staycation in Nov, the room 330 that I was staying in was very noisy throughout the 2 nights stay. I kept hearing people stomping the floor & moving stuff around from upstairs directly under my room the entire time I was in the room. It was really disappointing.

The front desk staff were as nice as anyone could be. The room was very clean and matched the photos. We were on the fourth floor and didn’t hear a peep out of anyone else. $11.00 Lyft to Broadway and $40.00 back. Difference due to time of the evening. Highly recommend this hotel.
