Nice hotel however I was not pleased with being checked in to a room already assigned to someone else. I went to the room and encountered someone has already been assigned to the room assigned to me. I immediately went downstairs and I was not pleased with the situation. They finally found another room but the situation could have turned out worse. I did inform the Hampton inn. No reply was ever received. No apology no one night comp for the inconvenience and possible outcome. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

A lot of room. Easy check in process. Great location for walking downtown Nashville. Only negative was $80 for parking which we did not do. Parked a block away for $35.

Nice hotel, very clean, and close to a lot of nice restaurants and attractions. Valet was very speedy.On the second day of the trip, no clean towels were offered and trash wasn’t picked up…

We liked the location. Very walkable to Broadway and to the Ryman. Which makes the noise of drunken people out late, police sirens and loud motorcycles reach you into the inside of your hotel room. The room itself was spacious and clean. The spa/tub stayed hot but only two jets worked. The corner bakery on the backside of the hotel had great breakfast solutions compared to the free breakfast offerings of the hotel.

Our king beds in room 344 were very comfortable! The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom is terribly small. It seems out of place in such a large room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The door lock was broken. Door had to be pulled shut wouldn't close properly Kitchenette sink was clogged Faucets in bathroom spun around and VERY little water pressure Jacuzzi tub was dirty and I would not use Room on 2nd day was never cleaned. When I mentioned it I was handed towels in the lobby. No trash pick up (4 night stay) Coffee pot in lobby was empty every time Elevator was broken, long wait to go downstairs.
