Easy walk to broadway, and if you don’t want to do valet parking, their is a parking lot 2 blocks down that cost cheaper

The room was fine. The $300 deposit fee was not. The house cleaners yelling down the hallway from 7-9 am wasn’t. The housekeepers knocking and opening our door at 9 am while we are sleeping with the do not disturb sign was not. The water being shut off for two days without warning was not. The staff letting grown men sit in the lobby obviously drunk yelling at women as they walk in was not ok. It was a good stay but I will most likely be not returning.

The staff was very accommodating. Water pressure and temp in the shower was a bit off, otherwise a nice stay within walking distance to the clubs.

$70 dollar parking fee. They should be upfront with these fees nothing worse than getting surprise fees at highway robbery prices. They force you to use the valet parking. You don’t get a choice. There is parking not far from the hotel at a fraction of the cost.

Staff was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. However the aesthetics could have used some attention. Cracked seat cushions in the main lobby, paint splattered on bathroom fixtures. Otherwise the valet service was excellent, the rooms were clean and breakfast was very convenient.

When checking in you have to pull up under the covered area where the doors are. There’s a circle drive up by the doors and it’s just tight driving through there. We were driving a pickup. They only have valet parking so we couldn’t park our own truck. Then you let them know when you’re ready to get it. The valet attendant was fast. Although it was $59 + tip it’s still cheaper than to park elsewhere.
