The front desk clerk knew nothing. Parking was expensive and difficult. Though not because of the attendant, he was great, glad he was there to help out the clerk! The room was a little worn too. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Cost us an additional $200 to park. Even then had to carry our luggage for three blocks and 6 floors up a parking garage. Hotel valet was full. The hotel staff were unhelpful with our parking issues and told us we were own our on. No hot water to shower with in the mornings. Horrible place to stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Issues were: 1. Out of the three elevators in the facility, only one was working. Even for the one working, the call button lights in the lobby didn't work and so we need to press the button and just wait hoping the call registered! 2. Toilet kept running. Told the staff and I think it got fixed. 3. Room given to me had no window! One small window that was 6 feet above ground, opened to the corridor but wasn't useful as a normal room window!
