It was a decent stay but a few things that I usually don't have to worry about when staying in a Hyatt. There was a dog directly across the room from ours that barked for hours. We called to complain and the staff wasn't aware the guests had a pet with them. They didn't do anything about it. There was no where to sit for breakfast and a lot of people standing when eating so more seating is needed. The bed and room was comfortable though

The staff when I checked in, was not very welcoming although the staff when I left was very nice. Thought the breakfast was very good. The place seemed a little older and not as clean as I would normally expect. Maybe just a little dated feeling. Overall, the experience was good.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, the perfect place to unwind. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean as typical from all of my stays over past few years. It was sad to notice all tenured employees were no longer on staff…and no Halloween display under its new ownership. Not as vibrant and welcoming as it was prior to June 2025 ownership change. I may go elsewhere as the vibe has gone down exponentially.
