Cold room

Hotel room was very cold. Told the front desk on Saturday as I had decided to checkout early due to the cold room. I was not offered any other room or accommodation to stay. Very disappointed with the hotel accommodation and lack of concern. It was warmer outside and in the hallway than my hotel room. I have previously stayed at this property without any issues. This incident has made me no longer feel comfortable staying at this property in the future.

Appreciate the eco friendly concept but taking a drinking glass from a dirty shelf 2 feet off the not so clean carpet doesn’t work. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was spacious. Website says they have a restaurant- they offer a burger or pizza & some packaged items ?? A very poor experience after a long day of travel. Clerks at desk both PM & AM were cordial. Breakfast was ok. Pricey

Room was a nice size. I needed a band-aid and they didn’t have any available even to purchase. Something in the room made me have an allergic reaction and that never happens to me. Not sure- maybe their laundry detergent.

The bathroom is way too small. Low ceiling and the door almost hits the toilet. The room had a bad smell to it. the bed was a little hard. Other than that it was clean. Breakfast was not the best. Probably will not stay here again.

ミシガンへの帰路に利用しました。出来るだけミシガンに近づきたかったので、22時頃に予約して、直ぐにチェックインしました。 大晦日だったので、ホテルの周りの店は全て閉まっているように見えましたが、たくさんの店があります。ホテルはとても静かで安眠できました。また、タオルがたくさんあり、どれも新しくふかふかしていました。 シャワーの湯量や温度もよく、バスタブで温まることができました。部屋は広く、ゆったりと過ごせました。ベッドの照明が点かなくて不便でしたが、コンセント、usbがたくさんあり、充電に困りませんでしま。 ソファベッドの掛け布団がなく、朝がたとても寒かったです。 朝食はル・クルーゼのお鍋に入ったスクランブルエッグ、ハム、ハッシュドポテト、ワッフルがありました。シリアル、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、パン類など沢山ありました。
