Nice place to stay. Nice price. You do have to pay the $10 fee to park but it is still cheaper than other places. Nice friendly staff. I did not stay for breakfast so I am not sure how that was. Thank you!

You get what you pay for

Rougher side of town, air smelled like crack and weed around the building. Room was dirty, the bed was made but the surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. We found a bed bug within 10 minutes of checking in. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, though, and helped us get a refund with no problems. Good service, rough experience.

Simple and clean. If you want no frills this is the place for you. It's already a good spot, but will be an excellent spot once the new stadium is built. You do have to pay $10 parking per night. Breakfast is simple. Overall nice stay.
