Front desk employee was very kind and went over the top when we had trouble with our room keys. She was awesome and brought us some gifts with new keys. Our room was beautifully spotless and we had a great view of Downtown Nashville ☺️ All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. We will stay here again as it was easy to take the pedestrian bridge to downtown.

The good is that the staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast had a huge variety and tasted great. It is very close to the stadium. The bad is that the picture when I booked through Hotels.com showed a larger room. The beds were not queen size but full size and very uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and I saw ants in the room. The elevators were way too slow.
