Excellent hotel

Our room was nice & dark, just the way we like it (room 506). We were overlooking Printer's Alley, which has a few bars & restaurants tucked in, but the hotel had thoughtfully provided a white noise machine that covered any excess noise, so we slept soundly. The staff was friendly & helpful. Lona restaurant was delicious with an attentive wait staff. The rooftop bar was warm & cozy on a cold, wet night. We were attending a concert at Nissan stadium, & we were able to walk over & back. We will stay here again & recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The Hotel was lovely, although shower pressure could have been better, but everything else was perfect. It was clean, nicely decorated and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again

This is a beautiful, old-school style hotel. Everything is beautiful from the marble and wrought iron, to the way the bathrooms are decorated. There are nespresso machines on every floor for quick coffee any time of day and a wonderful coffee shop in the lobby plus a wonderful little store with books, clothes, and otheer chochke's. I love this hotel and will be returning next time I'm in Nashville.

The room a/c worked great and the room was quiet. The location was adequate. The staff members were not helpful regarding needs for extra towels and a blanket. The shower functions so that the bathroom floor is wet all the time. The room was quite small. The sheets had black marks and were threadbare. The hours to purchase food in the hotel restaurants/bars are quite limited. The regular coffee in the coffee shop was definitely the worst. The cappuccino was good. In general the hotel was adequate but I would say very overrated.
