**Horrible Hotel Experience – Broken Facilities, Bugs, and Unfair Charges**
My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. First, the bathroom fan was falling off the ceiling, and the bathtub faucet was broken. When I showed photo evidence to the front desk officer during checkout (since I had paid a deposit), he refused to make any adjustments—claiming it wasn’t their problem.
The worst part? As I was about to sleep, I found a **bug on the bedsheet**—absolutely disgusting! When I showed them the photo and demanded action, the registration officer coldly told me, *“You can check out now.”* They offered a refund but forced me to leave at **11:30 PM**—where was I supposed to go at that hour? This was beyond unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, **Travelocity listed the pet fee as $15/night**, but the hotel charged me **$20/night**. Their excuse? *“The website made a mistake.”* How is that possible? Without the hotel’s approval, third-party sites like Travelocity or Expedia **cannot** just set random fees. This feels like a scam.
**Avoid this place at all costs**—poor maintenance, terrible customer service, and shady charges.
