I didnt feel like the hotel was as clean as you would expect. Dirt and dust noticed in the corners or room and elevator. I know that sounds picky but for a hotel with a great reputation I would expect better.

This was an amazing stay. I loved everything about it. We actually visitrd here to go to a rooftop event at the top of this hotel, and we were not disappointed how NICE and AWESOME this property is!!! When we requested ice / it came super fast ! The property itself is amazing. They utilize a conservation effect and it does not disappoint beautiful breathtaking very natural ambience. The valet was very knowledgeable, respectful even requested to help us with our bags, even though my husband were able to take them. This hotel is definitely a month for every trip to Nashville TN!!!
