Room was not cleaned even after we spoke to front desk we were promised it would be cleaned that evening, not. The internet did not work the whole time of our visit.

Ordered to sit in chair when trying to check in without so much as a Hi or We will be with you shortly. Hallways smell like wet corn chips. Refrigerator does not work. Bathroom fan does not work. Taking a shower sets off fire alarm. Slow draining shower. Loud rattles from air conditioning unit. Beds are worn out and springs loud and crunchy. Asked to change rooms but none were conveniently available. I have stayed here a lot over past 12 years. Last time. Avoid at all costs.

Overall mehhh!!

Rooms were spacious, cleaning service was great! Beds were subpar and smelled of bleach. Parking was good. Breakfast was a 3/10 everything was gross the only thing edible was cereal and bagels. Juice was nasty, eggs were gross and sausages were dried and just gross.
