Staff did their job well. Room was clean and comfortable. Drains in tub and sink were very slow but only a minor nuisance. Staff could be more engaging but that's not a negative. Just a sign of the times. Our culture doesn't teach or respect the courteous engagement we knew decades ago. Overall, satisfied. When I return to Franklin , I'll look up Townplace Suites again.

The first thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff! This hotel has the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hot breakfast was fantastic! They even had little omelettes! The room was clean and nicely laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room seemed clean and has a small kitchen in it which we really liked. We didn’t eat breakfast there but the area looked nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff very nice Bathroom was dirty. Bathtub and tile around tub had something growing on it. Breakfast was not up to normal standards. No fruit or yogurt. Room was large and looked clean. No excuse for bathtub being that dirty
