Room was great and well decorated. Views from our room where amazing. Cruise ships arriving every morning. Beach and pool areas clean and well kept. The restaurants where very good. Service and staff where amazing and attractive. Bars priceses where a bit to much. Location is very good and accessible. Many Calls to the front desk that weren't answered.

Not a bad place to stay but not a lot of choices for dining around the area unless you want to pay tourism prices. We found the food at the hotel to suffice just perfectly and it was very reasonable. We did eat at the local Fish Fry (Twin Brothers) and were later told locals get mostly fish with a side of rice and plantains whereas we had a small piece of scrap fish with a ton of rice…..that’s how tourists get treated which was disappointing.

When I first checked in they gave me a room with a view of the back of palm trees and I couldn’t see the water at all. Then the fridge beeped all night and no one ever answered the guest service line when I tried to call from the room. The next day they changed my room but the water in the shower took forever to get warm and the water pressure was very low. Other than that the stay was nice. The pool was great and beach was beautiful.
