Gomez Place was a wonderful hotel. Gomez, Tharusha and the whole team were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. My room was large and had the biggest bathroom! We had a wonderful stay at Gomez’s place. This place is a hidden gem and a quiet sanctuary away from the busy city. He and his staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially with helping us connect with the airline after losing our bags. He also set up a driver for us to our next location at a good price. He has owned his place for 28 years, here’s hoping for many more!

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, but I was particularly impressed by the beautiful garden, which provided a perfect and serene atmosphere. Just a perfect oasis set in a mad sri lankan city We stayed at the end of our trip A month in sri lanka. Near the airport, wanted to chill before we left. Couldn't have chosen better. Perfect place. He must have been cultivating those garden for years. Its a gorgeous oasis in the middle of a city. Gomez staff run that pkace seamlessly. A very cozy place with just a short walk to the beach and shoppingstreet. Very nice staff that was so helpful when my mum forgot her phone at the hotel when leaving for the airport. Very nice breakfast and the best coffee I had in Sri Lanka.
