• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

It was an excellent location. Being so close to the Streetcar made everything possible and quite easy. All 5 bedrooms worked out great. They also had a small twin bed built into the Hallway which was very helpful as well. There was a couple of minor issues that came up and the Management company was very quick to do what they could remedy things. I look forward to trusting my vacation in New Orleans to Hosteeva.

Great location!

Beautiful house! The location was perfect for getting around the city. The house is located one block off St Charles St with several streetcar stops. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, but unfortunately low on normal supplies. We ended up having to get a few things for the kitchen and home for our stay and ended up leaving them there.

The overall experience was positive but could have been excellent if there was more attention to details, like paper supplies, dish clothes and towels, cleanliness inside and outside the property. I’m sending pics of the trash.

Huge space and great location

Overall great property. Tons of space for a group of 6 adults. Location can't be beat as it is 1 block from trolley cars to get anywhere. House was a bit dirty (walls and floors had scuffs and need a good clean). Had a few plumbing issues and they were fixed promptly. Overall very pleased with the property.

Great separation of space for large groups

The house was great. I needed to contact the mangers and they were very responsive. The location was good, safe. Only complaint was not a lot of supplies in the kitchen.
