the employees are very attentive and helpful. the room is well organized. I felt a bit of an allergy because of the carpet. Even so, I liked it, and I would rent a room again without any problems.

Hotel a short taxi ride from Stockport station.

Pros: Individual style as not a chain group. Facilities for evening meal or snack. Good breakfast included in a nice dining room setting.
Cons: I found the bed very firm and it would benefit from a memory topper.
Location: Situated just over a mile from the train station, bus stop adjacent and Esso garage with shop opposite. Hat Museum in town centre very good and free.
Initially check in staff could not find my reservation , when it was found I was given the key to room number 1. This was spacious and very clean. An additional heater was provided and used as it was a very cold night.

Lovely Staff and great value for money

We had a family room, two lovely comfy double beds and all we could need in the room. Only 'interesting' bit was when there was no-one there when we arrived for breakfast and we sat at the wrong table at breakfast....needless to say we moved sharpish once informed and the rest the the breakfast was lovely!
