The hotel is a nice property, convenient for Manchester. The area is busy but hotel itself is very quiet. Good value with helpful staff

Stayed in family room - cleanliness was good , staff friendly but room very dated and cold (plug in radiator in wardrobe but reluctant to leave on overnight). Summer weight bed linen mid winter. Luke warm shower. Very thin walls.

Good price for value - one night stay, single person traveller on my own car. Good communication from hotel soon after booking about a function and possible music / noise during the night of my stay, luckily that I'm not much affected due to late check-in. Plenty of parking which is a plus. Overall satisfied.
