This hotel is convenient to entertainment, museums and great restaurants. The staff ( China front desk ) will go over and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are exceptionally clean the maid service is outstanding. This is my 2nd visit here within 2 months and I am a seasoned traveler who expect great service. Stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Had false evacuation alarms going off wich were scary especially when having to run down 12 flights of stairs in Louisiana heat and hotel would not compensate for the day wich they did for others instead offered us some points for a marriot account we know nothing of and have no access to will not be coming back.

I love the location as I work right around the corner and know the area pretty well. The room was nice & modern. My only complaints would be that the “come back” sign means nothing to the janitors, they just keeping coming back & knocking which is annoying. The safe needed batteries, the drawers were broken, tv only has Netflix😭, & the pool looked cloudy every time I wanted to go. Nothing was bad enough to not come back, but could be kept up better in my opinion!

The property was conveniently located in the middle of basically everything. Dining, entertainment, drinking you name it was conveniently right there. Only knack I had was the pool could have been a little cleaner.

Super Dirty and sketchy. Put us in a very unsafe room with a broken door. Bed was dirty with stains on comforter and pillows. Also “fresh” towels were dirty. Despite being a marriott member you have to pay $75 to check in early and check out late. Total scam wish I would’ve stuck with my first mind

I enjoyed my stay at Aloft; the only thing I have a comment on is regarding the cleaning services. To me, they arrived early, between 8 AM and 10 AM, and they were loud amongst themselves.

I was told the room had a city view. The only view I had was the back of a building and a parking lot. Pool needs cleaning. Both days we went we had to get out because we kept seeing too much hair. Room was nice and staff was nice.

Had a great stay, the front staff was really amazing with help due to not having the available room I had booked through Expedia. They gave me 50% off my first night and fully upgraded me to a corner window suite and when I asked for an upper floor for a nice view they gave me almost the top:) very happy with my stay. The rooms both were comfortable and had a nice appeal, very clean, and up kept and the hotel staff seemed to be very organized and working hard. The breakfast is basically paid prepared items so nothing special but there is an amazing place right down the street called tM breads and pastries that has phenomenal breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee, chai lattes and assorted pastries that will blow your mind. All in all I will def be staying again. And the pool was clean and had a great mid rooftop vibe in the sun and was a real treat as well! Thanks again Aloft!

The property was okay, it’s very hot in the hall ways. Also if you have a room with no windows expect it to be stuffy in there. The pool was dirty I think the pool they advertised is actually the hotel across the street me and my friends realized that after seeing the view from on of our rooms. I will say the location of the hotel is great it’s walking distance from borban street, and the staff is really nice and they have great customer service! The bartenders were very resourceful and friendly. The lobby is probably one of the best things. They have all sorts of games pool tables and computers it’s so much seating in the lobby me and my friends were able to eat a dinner downstairs. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5
