I definitely enjoyed my stay and would love to come back! The staff was excellent! Friendly and courteous. The room was nice and we were right next to Bourbon street! Fun right around the corner and the food options were never ending! Great stay! The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic!!

Parking is a nightmare at night because of where it is! No refrigerator in room which was a negative! But everything else was fantastic!!!

Watch out for hidden hotel fees not included

Great hotel to stay at10/10 for cleanliness and customer service but 1/10 for the hidden fee charged by the hotel of $27 on daily stay which is not mentioned by hotels.com because they say if you are interested you can get a discount on tours (Which you can get anywhere) and two free drinks ate their restaurant once and it's charged no matter what, if you use it or not. Besides that it is a nice place and right around the corner from Bourban St central.

The elevator situation can be very frustrating espesicially when large tour bises ( with large groups arrive makes navigation throughout the hotel impossible wth onl one working elevator.Call OTIS Elevator for a repair.Luggage removal & getting to you room was a huge waiting game due to the one elevators non existant working status.The rest of the hotel is too nice of a venue to continue to operate with no way to move happy patrons.

Our bathroom was not clean and the toilet didn’t work. However our friends room was very clean and functional. It was super busy because of a festival but they eventually came to fix it. Great location and we were able to walk everywhere so we may return.
