When I first checked in, my room's bathtub was full of water, and there was a clump of hair on the chair. We got moved to a different room, and I called down to the desk for some extra ice bags, and no one came up to bring them to me. The ice machine was also broken on the floor we were on, so we had to go down to the 3 floor. Next time I go to New Orleans I will staywith a different hotel.

The night staff who checked me the night of April 30th were rude and disrespectful. The toilet did not adequately refill the drain after flushing. The power plug on my lamp did not work. I would like to add that the woman working the morning breakfast was very nice and a great team member.

Location was perfect. Very close to everything but also remained quiet. Staff were all very nice. I thought it was so helpful that they emailed me before arrival to provide information on how to best get from the airport to the hotel in an inexpensive and convenient way.

They booked us for the wrong night, and still got charged even after trying to change it and was told they didn’t have room. So we booked it for one night and they changed it because they were full. Again, charged when we didn’t stay there. This is a bunch of BS.

Decent hotel with some customer service issues.

The hotel is conviently located on the edge of Burbon street and easy to get to a lot of place. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Some issues: Called twice to get a blanket, never got it, ended up going to bed with a towel to stay warm Housekeeping staff didn't clean the room until almost 5 every day and didn't one day Pool towel was dirty and looked like it had mold on it Asked for a late check out only to have a hotel staff member come and knock on my door at 9:15 asking me when I was leaving, and then had her do the same thing two hours later. The second time they barged into the room without waiting for me to answer. Didn't use the garage but at 50 bucks a night seems expensive to park a car but could be how it is in New Orleans.
