I would not stay here unless the hotel reached out

The air would NOT work in the room the bathroom ceiling was leaking rust water the toilet kept running. A the black female manger was rude when asked about the breakfast vouchers. An I’m a block woman so NO I’m not racist!! She was just unprofessional a rude for no reason. I will be doing a google a yelp review as well. Picture of maintenance guy who had to keep fixing our AC unit

This hotel was very nice in years past. Now, the staff is so garbage. The front desk nor the valet ever answers the phone. It takes an extraordinary long time for your vehicle to arrive when the valet actually wakes up.
