Generally it was clean, but a couple of items in the room was missed. Coffee maker had an old K-cup from the previous occupants, and the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

We were at the hotel for Snowmageddon 2025. We were unable to go out as EVERYTHING was closed. The manager had some staff and herself stay at the hotel to take care of everything. They made us feel safe and welcome. Breakfast was always good as was the kitchen staff. They did their best considering what was going on and it was top notch. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks!!

This is a beautiful hotel just a couple blocks from Bourbon Street and the Riverwalk. They are currently going thru renovations (January 2025) so there was some disruption with workers, however, the staff did their best to maintain operations as much as possible. Breakfast was incredible and our stay was perfect otherwise.

This hotel was in walking distance of Bourbon Street and most of the other attractions we wanted to see. The WWII museum was a hike, but was very manageable on foot for the physically fit! The parking spaces were INCREDIBLY tight, but secured behind a gate, which made us feel our vehicle was safe during our stay. We had easy access to our vehicle whenever we wanted, and were free to leave and reenter the garage as we pleased (a big plus!). The concierge gave us some great recommendations including a bar near the hotel (not our Bourbon Street) and excellent directions to anywhere we needed to be. The breakfast was very good, and included hot food (various types of eggs, meat such as sausage and bacon, and potatoes) as well as waffles to order and the standard assortment of cereal, coffee, tea, etc. The staff during breakfast, especially Charlene, were top notch. The room was snug, but as promised based on what we booked. Everything was clean on arrival and after service, and we were ultimately very pleased with our stay here.

It is a bit antiquated but it’s really lovely and spacious. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Luscious/Louscious was exceptional. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Hot water was finicky (maybe related to the renovation going on). Conditioner in shower replaced by shampoo *sigh*. But hot breakfast items were nicely varied and well prepared. Location was good, not too close to Bourbon Street, but with food and drink nearby, yet close enough to get to the heart of the French Quarter.
