Hotel was conveniently located and walkable to the hot spots. Hotel staff were polite and very helpful. The continental breakfast was really good with great options to choose from. Definitely recommend it. Rooms were nice and freezing. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect area, only issue we had we noticed the day morning of our check out day was a bunch of dog hair on our clothes from our bed and our socks had dog hair from the carpet. The office chair had dog food on it.

The front door is locked in the evening with access granted by your room key. We were greeted with a big smile and hearty “come on in” as we entered the front lobby. We were quickly checked in by staff. There is a small pool in a lovely courtyard. The room was clean and cool with plenty of room. The room sports a Kurig and safe.

Anniversary Trip

As much as we come to NOLA, this probably one of the BEST hotels. The continental breakfast is the Truth! Get your full and hit the city. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was convenient and safe. I highly recommend you stay here.

From the time we checked in, till the time we checked out, we were so impressed with the friendly staff. Ty at the front desk was outstanding, as was Darlene. Justin on the maintenance staff was outstanding and very helpful, as well as entertaining. Calvin, the main cook- what can we say. He was the best, friendliest and so much fun to talk to. We were very impressed with this hotel despite it being refurbished, it was exactly as we expected. The only problem is there wasn't any hot water for the shower. Lukewarm worked given the weather. Everything else was perfect.

Tried a new area in New Orleans this time, it was great for the pockets but overall would try somewhere new the next time. The breakfast was great and the rooms were acceptable. During our stay there was construction so it made parking even more frustrating and pulling out from the parking lot even more difficult.

Good location - walking distance to all of French Quarters' locations and Jackson Square. Staff was awesome and helpful. Room was comfortable and bed was nice but the rooms and the hotel are a bit dated. Some upgrades would be great.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western French Quarter. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a plasma tv, mini fridge, and there was a microwave om the common area of the hotel downstairs. The included daily breakfast was delicious and they had a nice assortment of foodd and beverage choices. The hitel has a nice pool in a nice courtyard. The 4 day stay was pleasant. Hotel staff were very nice,professional, and helpful. The hitel is walking distance to anywgerw in the French Quarter, and across the street from Louis Armstrong park. I would stay here again.
