Second time staying. It’s very convenient for walking the French Quarter and easy pickup spot for Uber or Taxi. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the restaurant is very good.

We didn't have breakfast here. It was the perfect location, rooms were average but they're clean. The staff was super friendly the dining room and bar were wonderful

This experience was horrible! The rooms smelt like mold. It was bad that I needed up with a severe sinus infection. There was no refrigerator and they were out of refrigerators and I traveled with a child who requires milk. The only good thing about this place was the valet. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

Ever slept on an ironing board?

The room was small! The beds were hard as a brick and there was no view from the window! I learned upon arrival tgatvall guest that book 3rd party pay an additional fee ( destination fee) that included perks that I didnt need.

Let me start by saying the front door men and valet guys were wonderful. Room temp was hard to keep. The toilet stopped working and was out of service over 18 hours. I made multiple complaints and asked if they could fix it and no one ever came despite saying someone would be right up, 4x. I finally purchased a plunger and fixed it myself which is absolutely unacceptable. It was very noisey inside the hotel and outside, outside to be expected given the location. I wouldn't have complained about anything and left a good review had the toilet been fixed in a timely manner. Not only is it an inconvenience to use the public toilet on the 2nd floor, but it isn't safe, especially for a female going alone to another floor to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Also, there is still a large hold pending on my card. In previous experiences in New Orleans the money is released the day after checkout. I've stayed in several New Orleans hotels and never had a bad experience until now. Will not stay at this property again.
