My family and I arrived in the French Quarter hours after arriving in Galveston off of a two week cruise- point is, we had NO clue about all the celebrations of Carnival until AFTER we arrived. Fortunately, Jessica A. of the guest services was beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay.

The bedding is minimal. The first night I was freezing since there was no blanket on the bed, the second night I slept in my clothes. Absolutely ridiculous. The elevator, while always slow, wasn’t working when we went to check out so we had to climb down. Thankfully we were only on the forth floor.

Exactly where we left it and they gave us the runaround so now we have to drive there two hours away to go find it . Elevator didn’t work and we stayed on the 6th floor .

The toilet in room did not work properly. Had to take top off to fill tank to make it flush. We called front desk about all the noise/yelling. People running down halls beating on everyone’s door. They said they would look into it but these kids were coming back from party and it’s to be expected. The noise and beating continued all night. Not likely to stay again. The employee didn’t seem very interested in problems.
