They had us down for a single bed room when we had reserved and paid for a double bed room. The first room we stayed in was a king bed room and was very nice and clean. They worked very well with us getting switched to a double bed room. The double bed room was definitely older and could use some TLC. Very close to Bourbon street and good local eating places. Stay were kind and helpful.

Great check-in , friendly staff Room was just what we needed, 2 double beds, bathroom and fridge .. Pool was amazing, though not 6ft deep Had a room facing Dauphine Street, got to see a couple of parades from the window One street away from Bourbon, perfectly situated, Has a bar opposite which does a lovely breakfast Would definitely go again if we visit New Orleans again

The staff is incredible and helpful. The location is so convenient. For those who like the paranormal, the place is seriously haunted, too. We will absolutely be back.

Arrived on a Friday to limited towels, promised room frig missing, a tv working very limitedly, and a broken air-conditioner. Told we were lucky to even get a room because Expedia had over booked the rooms, beyond sold out capacity. Had the air-conditioner worked on two different times that evening with limited success. The room overlooked their parking garage and was extremely noisy. Was awakened numerous times throughout each night. Continued receiving vague promises until Sunday evening when the manager arrived. Manager stated one night credit would be given for all the service issues and a frig was delivered that evening. It has been 2.5 days, still waiting on a credit.

This property is in a great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and the Mississippi River. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. It is not a high end hotel, but a quaint little boutique hotel and fit into the French Quarter experience. The pool area is small and was busy the three days we were there. Our room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We rented a carriage house in the courtyard on the main level. It can be loud depending on the room and the weekends are busy! The outside area, courtyard area could use some TLC. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The property wasn’t the worst. The rooms were a bit dirty and the room service barely came around. I was there for 5 days and I had to hunt them down for garbage bags, toilet paper etc. For the longer stay people they should have microwaves available as well. It was a great location to everything but for the price, we definitely could have found someone where a bit more amenities.

I loved the old charm of the hotel! There is a bar accessible from the pool area or the street right by entrance to hotel, May Bailys Place. It is a quiet bar with great drinks! Our room was easy to access, staff was phenomenal and very helpful! 10/10 recommend and will likely book again in future! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Great spot near Bourbon Street

The Dauphine is an older hotel, but it still delivers a mosern day feel. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the whole place was clean (room, lobby, etc.). My only issue was the air conditioner leaked for most of our stay, to the point the carpet outside the bathroom was saturated. I told the front desk several times, but nothing was done. We were offered a room change late in our last night, but we were on our way out to an event and could not go back and do the swap at that time.

Our room and the property itself were very clean and the location in the French Quarter is perfect for dining, shopping, etc. I felt like the pictures of the rooms on the website were very deceiving as the 2 rooms we had were very shabby/rundown (unappealing carpet, rough towels, no bathrobes, lamps that barely worked, outlets coming out of the walls, cracked tiles/grout, very low counters, very low shower heads w/no water pressure, tiny hairdryer, no fridge in the room, no safe, etc.).
