Very friendly staff. Convenient location for walking to Bourbon St, Convention Centre and Superdome. Close to tram links. Good facilities. Free drink and popcorn is a nice touch. Nreakfast and Kickback snacks was a bit repetitive and not always healthy but nice to have the option.
