The actual hotel was very nice. The deception with which the stay and park package was sold was a very upsetting way to start my trip. I had been lead to believe that the money I had paid already covered our stay as well as parking during our cruise. When I arrived at the desk to check in, I was informed I still needed to pay for parking. $700 unexpected expense right out of the gate. Intentionally deceptive. Very upsetting. Also, the front desk clerk deceived (or was completely ignorant) about where to park our car ( which cost us an additional $25) and then misrepresented where breakfast food would be available. It was so thorough it seemed like a business practice rather than a mistake.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality level of the food. The confirmation of my reservation stated free parking was included but upon check-in i was asked to pay fifty dollars for a parking pass. I paid an additional amount for a room with river view but was put in a room on the opposite side of the building. Overall, i wasn't happy with the customer service. However, the property is clean, and conveniently located to restaurants.
