This is a big hotel in a nice location. It has a big parking which is part the hotel, so you can use the same elevator to go to your room, very convenient.

This is our 4th stay here and its been very consistent over the years. The location is pretty good and easy to get to. A short walk to canal street and beyond. The restaurant is ok and the bar is ok too. There are some decent restaurants close by as well. The pool area is nice and inviting as well as a workout room. I'd stay here again.

Good time in NOLA

The hotel was very clean, easy parking, which for downtown New Orleans can be a challenge, Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, able to walk to the Quarter. When we went to breakfast the first morning Dardenelle asked if we had voucher and, honestly, I forgot if I had purchased them. She checked, we did purchase them and she brought them to the table for all 3 days. Very professional. The only drawback was our last night there was a group of about 8 to 10 little girls who were very noisy til about 11 PM. They were racing down the hall and were very loud. Not sure where their "adult" was but just as I was gong to the call the front desk I believe the staff intervened and they finally went to their room and all was quiet for the rest of the night.

Front desk staff were a bit aggressive when I asked questions and made me feel incompetent. The AC unit was extremely loud and turned on and off throughout the night and kept me awake. Room service staff was nice. Would have been nice to give members complimentary water in the room. Floor 15 smelled like dirty feet.
