Front desk staff was lacking basic customer service skills. Checked out at 11:00 with anticipation of having breakfast or brunch in hotel restaurant which is advertised on front desk signs as being open until 12noon. It was closed at 11:00 with no explanation of apologies given by the young lady. She gave us attitude when we tried to show her the times being shown and did not care. Shrugged us off, made no attempt to correct the times or give us alternative options close by. Very Rude.
