Staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice looking, clean and the bed slept comfortably. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We didn’t have the breakfast, but we did have wings appetizer, and a small what appeared to look like gumbo. The wings flats and the drumettes were cooked extremely hard or they were horrible and later I got sick. The gumbo was extremely salty, couldn’t eat it. We went to the restaurant late, so maybe that’s why everything tasted the way it did. We didn’t complain we just did not return back to the restaurant for the rest of our stay.

Great location staff is friendly and helpful except a lady who said she was the manager on the phone. She was super rude to me when I called asking questions about a possible reservation change. I thought that was a sign of a possibly bad stay but that was the only hiccup.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable so it was easy to get good sleep. The staff was great with check in and check out and they checked in with me many times during my stay (4 nights) to see if there was anything I needed. Everything is within walking distance so that was a plus!

Was disappointed when checked in as they said I didn’t have pre paid breakfast . I included it in my original booking. The front desk girl told me I didn’t have it included and it was just a Scam from Expedia to make extra money! I told her I would have to check through my emails . I asked the next day and the front desk girl said the same thing then. Manager came over and asked what the problem was . I explained the whole situation to her and she looked at the screen and found a code on there that did in fact include the breakfast . I had missed 2 breakfast due to their error . I asked for extra coupons so my friends could use the 2 days that they missed! They said NO! They didn’t even offer a drink coupon or anything to compensate for their error. The location is awesome if u want to walk to the Superdome
