No parking at the facility, you either have to go park on your own and they wont even tell you the cost of parking. They only offer valet parking at a fee that is almost half the price of the hotel. The staff was busy on their cell phones while serving at the desk and not even answering the door. Just horrible

Loved the variety at the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Every morning they had Kings cake which was super delicious. Good walking distance to a couple of key places and the trolley was nearby to take to bourbon st. In terms of the suite, it was super clean. There were a couple hiccups like the faucet was a little broken but still able to work with and the pullout bed was barely a bed. The mattress for the pullout sofa bed was so thin you can feel the metal frame when you laid down, highkey hurts your back. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay would definitely come back. The kitchenette was pretty nice too, fully stocked.

The breakfast could have been better for complementary as they did say it was a buffet style but I wouldn’t have agreed. Overall the room was fantastic. It had a living room area, Kitchenette and bedroom and decent view. We did complain about the noise of the elevator when we requested away from it 3 weeks prior but it was a great stay

We always stay at this hotel when we're in new Orleans. The rooms are very nice clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family. Big pool and the breakfast is great. Its also right in the French quarter and very walkable to everything. We eat at the oceana, give it a try

Average stay but comfortable spacious room

Room was fantastic size & very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious but didn’t like the shower/tub combo. There was a strong smell of weed in the hallway so wasn’t impressed with that. It looked like there were permanent residents staying as well but could be wrong. Breakfast was really average so disappointing & there was never enough seating to eat. Location was pretty good was close to transport & could walk to a few food options but would suggest somewhere a bit closer to the action if walking around every day as it was a little far from the main part of town.

Ok...could really use some upgrades

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The area was pretty decent. Pretty central to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The staff was nice and knowledgable. The breakfast options each day were nice. I loved that the breakfast area wasn't cramped. I stayed in a double queen. The living room area was nice and spacious as well. The fridge however stuck every time we needed to open it so we had to use some force which caused it to slide out of place each time. The beds were ok not the most comfortable. Also the fitted sheets seemed too small for the mattress. The bathroom was probably the most neglected part of the room. It could really benefit from a makeover. The showerhead fixture was coming apart from the wall. The shower curtain was torn around the rod openings. The door which separated the toilet and shower from the sink was severely damaged at the bottom. The toilet was coming detached from the wall. And the water would splash back when you flushed. Overall an ok stay but probably wouldn't stay again for the cost and lack of upgrades.
