I had 2 rooms reserved. Upon arrival, 10:30ish(early), we were told the rooms were not ready, that was fine. We returned to the hotel around 4:00 and was told that only one room was ready,they had to find sheets for the bed. Ok. We waited in the one room for a call from the front desk,which never came. Went back downstairs about 6 or 7 o'clock and ended up with a room on a different floor from other family. The toilet seat was broken in this room, so had to call maintenance to fix it. No water in rooms to make coffee and wasn't offered any. Requested water the next day, front desk didn't have any, told to come back later. Went down to breakfast on Monday, there was a line because the kitchen was not open at 7:00. Eventually opened almost an hour late. By this time there was so many people we were bumping into each other in that small area.
I forgot to mention, Everytime I sat on the bed it rolled away from the wall. I kept having to push it back in place because it's not attached to anything.
