Clean room, comfortable mattress. Nice staff. Expedia surcharged on the rate from what they list another 12%. I realized it after I had prepaid. I wish I’d gone direct. The room I selected needs to disclose that no screen on window.

Hotel location is great. Room could use some updating- had room 76 and the airconditioning was over the bed and was very dusty and expelled dust all over the bed constantly. We stayed for a week and the sheets never got changed. Towels were changed daily.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The Inn is in a good location, close to Bourbon Street, but still quieter than much of the French Quarter. We would definitely return.

-Checked in at 6:30 pm, no one was at front desk, staff from Hotel St. Pierre had to come and get me checked in. Had to park a half a mile away. Hotel does not have parking. -Running water in bathroom faucet had no water pressure, just would drip out. -Couldn’t take a long shower, the hot water wouldn’t last long. I will NOT stay here again!!! -

Overall nice property and we would stay again. We were in room 45 across the street from the Inn on Saint Ann. This is the supposed home of Marie Catherine Laveau who was a Louisiana Creole practitioner of Voodoo. Do to the age of the building, the stairs are very steep and narrow. And crooked, but we expected these things from an old historic apartment property. You need to note the phone number to call if you are locked out, since they don't have someone onsite often. We parked in a garage about 6 blocks away. Plan your parking before arrival. The room has a small fridge. The bathroom is large, but shower is very small. This room has a couch in the main area that folds out to a bed. Window units are used for cooling. It was clean-ish. Some reviews say it's haunted. The only "odd" thing is that we smelled smoke one night, but could not find anything on fire inside or outside.

The room was great. Dwayne helped us check in and he was able to get us into a bigger room because the room we had was very small. I would definitely stay at the Inn at St Ann again because of Dwayne’s hospitality.

The Openkey system didnt work well. Unaware the water lines are opposite what they should be, waited for an hour and half for maintenance to tell me that...missed a breakfast meeting. Room was right beside a gate that lead tou in, was constantly being slammed by other tenants and stafg.

Very nice conditions, nice staff and close to the French quarter which includes museums, stores, psychics, many food options and the St. Louis cathedral. Recommend highly.
