Loved the layout of the room with the shower and toilet separate from the sink. Rooms are very quiet. Don’t think we ever heard anyone. The lobby bar was quite good, lots of drink options. Staff was beyond nice. Felt very safe here and well cared for. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful hotel both inside and outside. Very helpful staff as well. I had to ask for clean towels to be brought up along with coffee supplies and was told at that time it had to be requested, which I've never had to do at a hotel. The in room coffee machine had to be lifted out and plugged in on the floor since there was no other hook-up that we located. There was no lighting for reading in bed. The arrangements made through American Cruise Lines went well and were very organized/communicated. We did enjoy dinner at Pete's Restaurant and the coupon given at registration to use there.

I reserved a king room and was offered a paid upgrade but the room I got was dusty and the carpet was dirty. The beds were not made properly the decor was tiered, the pictures on the wall were scary and spaced in a strange way as if they meant to cover up blemishes. The room had a balcony but faced a garage that kept the room dark all day . The garage ventilation system facing the balcony and omitted dmfikthy air and 24 hours noise.
