The hotel was in a great area. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and Mardi Gras parades. Clean, decorated for Mardi Gras and staff super nice. The indoor pool was warm, hot tub.and sauna were great for relaxing after walking around town. What a great amenity!! Thank you for a great stay would definitely return to this hotel!!

When I first checked in, the lady helping me on the front desk was HORRIBLY RUDE! What happened to hospitality and kindness when you have had a long flight and checking in at 11 pm.
