Staff was super nice… Just an older building lots of things in our room were broken or missing such as: safety lock on door was broken and couldn’t be used, missing fixtures over lights, shower drain was broken, tiny refrigerator that never got cold, several holes in the walls around plug-ins, etc…

I didn’t even spend the night at the property. My daughter and i literally walked in , examined the room and immediately checked out afterwards. The hotel manager didn’t try to accommodate in any form or fashion. Worse experience I’ve ever encountered.

Could use some updating, the carpet was dirty and faded. The elevator was creaky and slow. The beds were full size not queens. Both rooms had a strong odor of marijuana in them. The staff however, were exceptional, attentive and hospitable. The music was awesome, the bar served wonderful food & great drinks.

Good location

The location was good. It was not on Bourbon Street but walkable. There was entertainment, music dancing Thursday, Friday and Saturday night friendly bartender we enjoyed our stay.

The lobby is spacious and comfy, the in property restaurant, looks nice, i did not try the food, there is a pool. Location is central to the French Quarter, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The elevators creak a bit, and the peoperty could use some kove here and there, but overall it is quite decent.

If you wish to stay in the French Quarter this hotel is fabulous. Easy walking everywhere yet on the edge of the Quarter and quiet and private. Get a room with a balcony!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The place was dirty, with unclean toilets and bath towels. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude over the phone before my arrival. The walls are also very thin, making it impossible to get any peace and quiet since you can hear everything.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to Bourbon Street and other popular locations. Rooms are a bit dated and fitness facility is not very accommodating. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The stay was great . Friendly staff just don’t like that you don’t have an option for parking you must pay for valet parking. Which is 56 dollars a day which I think is kind of pricey if you already paying to stay there.

Our door got randomly opened 3 times and 6:15 Am some one knocked on our door woke us up in the hotel. Staff did nothing our air conditioner didn't work. I paid extra for a better room and a tiny king room that you could barely walk around the bed.
