Staff was nice, although it would have been nicer if they waived my first night after I was unavoidably delayed. Ultimately a get what you pay for place. Functional, clean sheets and towels, that's what you're getting at this price point. Secure parking is a plus.

The toilet constantly ran and wouldn’t flush properly. Bed never made or changed. I got towels changed once. On my last day I had to go to front desk and get towels as I had none in my room. There is no phone. No fridge. Basic room and that’s what I expected . There was a lot of rust, and long human hair in tub from last guest. I have very short hair. The bed was comfortable, hotel needs some cosmetic upgrades. A nice coat of paint, and deck repairs. there is a non refundable deposit. I also expected this . It was $107 CAN. They should really just add it to the price at the beginning. Hotel staff are very friendly. They helped me with the figuring it out public transit. It’s about a 20 minute bus ride to the French Quarter. I am disappointed with my stay. I dont expect luxury, but I do expect clean, safe. I don’t expect my bed to be changed every day, but at least once, with towels,and my garbage emptied daily.

There was a bandaid on the shower roof was falling the toilet wasn’t clean no ice bucket but had an ice machine I even asked for a bucket for ice and was told they didn’t have any the shower was dirty check in was horrible had a great balcony but couldn’t go out the doors dirty rags from Oreos guests left behind just overall horrible wouldn’t recommend ever staying here

Our stay was awful from start to finish. The first room’s toilet leaked every time it flushed, and when they moved us, the new room’s TV didn’t work. Every night we came back to flies in the room, and the AC unit dripped water onto the floor nonstop. Housekeeping ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and when we needed towels or toilet paper, they never brought them. Expedia tried to help, but the hotel denied everything, even the room change. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are disgusting, and they’ll lie to keep your money.

The area is not great, which made me nervous at first, however, the hotel is safe. The rooms weren’t too bad, the bed was firm, which isn’t my preference, but it was fine. No bugs. The workers were kind and helpful!

Anthony, the manager was amazing but the 1 housekeeper was unprofessional and very rude . The power went out due to a power shortage before we checked out so I was in the dark taking a shower with no power or electricity. It’s not the best hotel but if you’re on a budget this will work.

When we arrived, no staff were present to check us in. We waited at the front desk for about three minutes before an employee entered from a side door, walked across the lobby, and said only, “Reservation number,” with no greeting or apology. His tone was cold and dismissive. We were assigned a room on the third floor, but only one light—the bathroom light—was working. A maintenance staff member confirmed this. I returned to the front desk to request another room, and the same employee said, “I don’t have time for this,” before typing aggressively and handing us a new key for room 409. The second room had better lighting and some updates, but the tub’s paint was peeling, the bathroom door was poorly painted and chipped at the bottom, and the main door had a gap of about 1.5 to 2 inches from the floor. The space between the door jamb and the slab was also large enough to slide a piece of paper through, compromising privacy and comfort. We had reservations for three nights but checked out after two. When I spoke with the manager, Tahiti, I explained my reasons for leaving early. I understand that every guest experience can differ, but this one did not meet expectations. I would like the owners to contact me regarding a refund for the two nights that I did not stay.

It was dirty, the toilet leaked. It said 3 stars. The table in the room had several cigarette burns the night stand was broken with cigarette burns the carpet was stained mold in the room in the vents. I stayed for the 4 hours and was afraid of the roaches.
