Place was a great stay. The woman working the front desk, i believe her name was Tatiana was amazing. Very sweet and helpful throughout my whole stay. Helped me with any questions i had and was very professional! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting NO.

This has been an horrid experience. Upon first glance, the lobby is nice and updated. The rooms are tragic, check below for photos. The elevator is old and almost closed on me twice. I will be requesting a refund for the subpar standard of the room. The photo on your site are extremely false and misleading.

Unfinished hotel.

Night shift lady was exceptional. Room was clean the hotel is under construction and really shouldn't be renting rooms no microwave, fridge plug sockets, ice buckets cups no face towels or phone in room. You have to go alway down to the lobby and outside to use a microwave and parking even though behind a gate looked a little shady. Overall room was very clean and no vermin. Stay here if you just need to rest your head after being on bourbon street all night a d cant make it home. Wouldnt recommend as a hotel stay at for more than one night if your like amenities in your room.

The towels need to be completely replaced, as they are no longer in the best condition, and it wouldn't hurt to add a mini fridge and a kettle to the room.

Never got my deposit

My room was poorly lit. The cable was out in our room. The cold water in the tub kept running. I never received my $75 deposit back after my stay during Labor Day Weekend.

This motel is disgusting. The AC doesn’t work. The TVs don’t work. The toilet overflowed when not even being flushed! The pool etc water was all green and dirty. The staff is obviously used to all of these things. We moved three rooms over 5 hours. It was all around awful. The lady from the front desk begrudgingly moved us to the final destination of rooms and was very nonchalant about the flood into the room or the 80* room, she said “wasn’t that hot.” It was. And it has cooled off from the fan that he’s given us for the heat and cooler air from outside, in Louisiana, early September heatttttt. This whole stay was crazy. Resident crackheads are a good indicator of a real issue in the motel. All bad.
