Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Patrice was so fun. The courtyards were peaceful and charming. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. An easy walk to everything. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Lots of charm in this place! Our room had a constant hissing noise coming from the pipes. Not sure if this is all throughout the property or just in the section where our room was. Didn't notice it initially, but once we were trying to fall asleep. When I mentioned it to the staff they just laughed it off and said that is just the "ghosts". If you're a light sleeper maybe ask for a different room. Oh, and the parking is not free, $50/ day additional charge to your room. I think that might be standard for the French quarter area as parking is limited, but it caught me off guard. Overall I enjoyed the hotel.

Wonderful staff, clean room, convenient location, ac worked perfectly. So much to do in the French quarter a lot of different shops, you get to experience the culture of NOLA in this area. Amazing food. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and hospitality to family and friends.

Great location, safe, and friendly front desk. We had a small issue with housekeeping throwing out an item but it was resolved by ownership. Can get a little noisy inside as it's an older building. Overall we'd stay again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the quarter. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking (with vehicles stored in an secured, elevated lot) was available and quick. Lovely interior courtyard.

The hotel is beautiful! Just what we were looking for! We loved the feel of historical News Orleans with the courtyards and balconies...it felt like we stepped into a other world! Just keep in mind that there are rats around outside as you walk at night, in the courtyards and on the streets. It is a great walkable location to everything in the French Quarter! Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. They made our 1st visit to NOLA wonderful! We hope to return again and we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and was running while we were there. The room was clean and neat, though the bed was a little too firm for our comfort. (Not much can be done about that.) The French Market coffee was delicious! Staff were very friendly and courteous.

The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for us! The place is beautiful and every room is different. Have loved each room so far, and have a few favorites. I enjoy balcony sitting as well as courtyard sitting. I've tried other places in the past, but gave that up as nothing compares to my favorite place on earth: Place d'Armes Hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Really liked how even though we had an interior windowless room we still were able to enjoy a communal balcony near our room. Also loved that there was an onsite parking garage. We will be back!
