Best hotel in Cork city. Welcoming staff, very helpful. Good dining and bar options. Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. Gym is subpar for a 5 star hotel, I think that the owner must not be a fitness lover.

Staying in Hayfield Manor was a unique experience. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The dinner was great. However the bread that was served for breakfast was stale and old . Service in general was good, except for the front desk staff, the young lady. She was not friendly and welcoming and felt like she was not in the mood!

Excellent hotel

Excellent high end luxury hotel with wonderful service. We got a family room which was very large and comfortable beds. Good location very close to city centre but not in the middle of it.
