The customer service was phenomenal, and the staff accommodated my needs. A pipe burst near the pool, and maintenance had to do work on it. That noise was dreadful, and I had to escape it several times. A fridge had to be replaced at a new location, the room I was in. Maintenance was on top of it. For the price and location, you can’t beat it, given that Airbnbs are expensive in New Orleans. It’s not the best, nor is it the worst. I don’t expect Ritz Carlton service and amenities for a budget-friendly inn.

This property advertises newly remodeled. It has been freshly painted including the bathtub. No new furniture or new mattresses. The pool was advertised in the pictures and no where states it was closed for remodeling.

We made a quick trip for the Sugar Bowl. It was a great location in relation to the Superdome. A little confusing to get to but most of the roads in that area are uncommon. I’d stay there again. Clean. Safe. Convenient.
