Doesn’t offer typical amenities that you find in larger hotels, but the location is perfect, the property is maintained well. Simple items like hand soap and better lighting in the rooms would push this to 5 stars!

This hotel is in a quiet part of New Orleans, but close to French Quarter. It’s an old building, back in the early 1900’s, and has the glory and architecture to show for it. Very reasonably priced and helpful staff. Loved our balcony! Could use some repairs(toilet handle) and would be nice to have a rain shower head in our shower. We had a king room, which was small, but we were only there overnight so it was fine for us. No comfy chair, just a desk chair. Street car stops right in front of hotel, but know it’s on a loop, so you must change cars to get to points of interest. This was a bit confusing for us, so study the map

Perfect location! Street car stop right in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants close by. Hotel is beautiful. Our room had a balcony that overlooked St. Charles Avenue. Room was nice size. Clean bathroom. Room could use more outlets and lights as it is a bit dark, and there were cobwebs with bugs in corner of balcony door. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Also the attached steakhouse Desivegas was wonderful. Mezzanine level has snack and vending machines. Front desk person available at all times and very helpful.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service My recent stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially the valet attendants and front desk team. Their warm welcome set a great tone for our entire visit. One of the standout features was the electronic key card system—it was an absolute game changer and made getting in and out of the room so seamless. While there were a couple of small quirks—the fridge would occasionally turn off and we had to ask for an iron—all the amenities were accommodating and met our needs. The highlight of our trip, however, was the outstanding service we received from Bianca. She was not only super friendly but also went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Her efforts made a noticeable difference and truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and want to extend a special thanks to Bianca for her exceptional hospitality. I will note that due to the Kasa stay, late checkout is an option but must be paid- however, it’s not much and it made our trip home easier.
