The room was incredible, they offered really nice perks and we were so comfortable! They upgraded us to a river view which was lovely! I took off a star because the parking situation was SO CONFUSING. I felt like the front of the hotel was exclusively for valet and I asked them if we could unload our things there and check in and it felt like that wasn’t what people do but they let us. There aren’t many signs about how to get to check in (11th floor) or the parking options. The garage parking got even more confusing- when I selected the hotel rate it threw errors so I thought maybe I would work with the front desk only to find out that’s just broken and you need to just pay like anyone else. Luckily that was cheaper (still $40 for 1 night!). I’m not sure I’d stay again because it was so expensive just to park.

Exuberant amount of fees to stay in this hotel which wasn't notated when booking the reservation. Expedia.com states "What you see is what you pay" This clearly isn't the case when there's a daily parking fee of fifty eight per day/per night. Which is not included in the total , thirty five daily resort rate without a resort?? An incidental deposit fee. They offer room service but adds a delivery fee in addition to a percentage of the bill?? When does it stop?? Westin hotels should be ashamed milking your customers like this! All of the unexpected additional fees easily add up to almost an additional hundred per day on top of what you've paid for your room!! This very unfair and misleading to hotel guests. After speaking with the Front desk no one was able to assist. They gave us the option to refund. However, we wouldn't receive the funds for 3-5" days! Which would be after the trip was completed. After being robbed by the hotel for all of the additional fees. We checked out early. The overall birthday experience was very disappointing and ruined our plans to enjoy the city.
