Lovely large modern clean room in big hotel. The only downside to my stay was that other guests were very loudly talking and opening/closing doors noisily throughout the whole night. Maybe I was just unlucky with my neighbours.

This has been, by far, the worst hotel I’ve ever had to stay at. The guy at the desk, Nicolas, was rude and very attitudinal. He never spoke when guests entered or left the premises. The ladies at the front desk were the only gems to this catastrophe of a place. The first room I was had a rough odor and the lock to the restroom door was broken. The restrooms downstairs were nasty and grimy. The aesthetics were nice and the hotel was conveniently near the attractions I visited; however, I did not get the bang for my buck I was looking for. Again, kudos to the ladies who worked the front desk. They went above and beyond!

The location was great. Easy to get around. Don’t recommend the parking. The ramp is VERY tight for any SUV or larger car…and the actual parking. We were on the street side which you could hear cars (bring earplugs). You can also hear in the hallway—there was a big gap at the bottom of the door. The pillows and mattresses were not great. The coffee shop had good coffee and pastries.

There was a sewage leak in the parking garage for 2 days, had to walk though sewage to get the my car. Then when leaving, it dripped all over the car. The smell was terrible.

The building was beautifully decorated and room was clean with a couple exceptions. What made it bad was the smell we woke up to. Smelled like a sewer line was dumping right into the room. They offered us a new room, but by the time we packed everything up it was almost time to go. The smell was awful. They did admit that there was a plumbing issue that they're working on

Be prepared to have a $200 hold placed on your credit card. Not a 5 star hotel, just ok, not worth the nightly rate! Plus, there’s nowhere to eat nearby.

The room was a little small but that’s my fault. The security was great, after 11pm the doors lock and you have to be let in by showing your room key. Parking is crappy. There’s poles on the lines so it’s impossible to park in the spaces next to them. So in reality there’s only the middle spots available
