The atrium was welcoming. The suite bathroom was unsatisfactory. The tub was dirty and the sink was partially clogged. Also, the lighting was dim and the makeup mirror light was not working. The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and there was trash beneath it. I did not take any photos but thought hotel should address this as soon as possible for future guests.

The interior of the hotel was beautiful and well kept, aside from some stray trash in the hallway. Unfortunately, the parking situation was atrocious and they called our room at 11pm to move our vehicle because we were an inch over the parking line. Keeping in mind that we're all in a very small underground parking garage with only one entrance/exit, no direction, and giant pillars sitting in the middle of parking spots.

Upon my arrival the front desk was not that approachable. Not even a smile to welcome the guest coming from a flight and hot weather. She didn’t even inform me or give me guide to the gym area or the restaurant although I saw it. But over all it was good. The front desk needs to be more pleasant and smiley to the guests.

The room had an odor, I’m not sure if it was mildew or sewer gas but it was very noticeable. I mentioned it to the desk and they sent someone with air freshener. It did not help. Also the pending charges on my credit card are double what my receipt says.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and in great location for walking. Parking under hotel was not the greatest. Small parking spaces and difficult to leave and enter.

Overall decent stay. Great location close to Canal Street. Domenic’s is only a half block away and Walgreens is close for those type of needs as well. Parking is a bit confusing, hotel has a garage but entrance hard to find. I need up parking in a garage a couple blocks away which was much cheaper. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Interior walls are a bit thin so could hear conversations in the corridor outside through the night. Stayed on a Sunday prior to a flight out but would probably stay elsewhere if on a fri/sat

It was not handicap accessible parki g or bathroom. No microwave in room, community microwave 😳. Accessibility to garage was not easy, you have to have get out of the car to get to the machine, by that time the gate comes down unless you have someone do the gate for you so you can drive through. Two sets of high steps from garage to lobby, not handicap accessible. One narrow path with a hill for in and out of garage. $35 a night for parking which would not have irritated me but for the set up and Accessibility. Then after thinking we're getting a hotel with breakfast. Oh no breakfast either. Will not be coming back.

Everything was excellent but the only big issue with staying here is the impossible and very limited parking. Best not to park at the hotel, better to find parking nearby.
