Our stay at the Millennium was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable we loved the bathroom! large shower, great water pressure and a spa bath. we enjoyed the location on the water front and being so close to the city centre food options are endless the shopping was great. The staff were friendly and ensure you have a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting Taranaki.

The property is fine. Good location. Easy access to the Coastal Walk, which was lovely. Centrally located to all the downtown restaurants/shops, etc... MAJOR ISSUE - we woke up to NO WATER on our last day. No warning, no update given. Upon checking out, we were not offered any discount for the inconvenience and were only given 1 water bottle. We could not brush our teeth, shower, use the toilet. Awful experience.

Hotel was great and in a very central location. Not impressed with the restaurant service. Food was delicious but had to wait 10 mins for our drinks and almost an hour for our meal.

No shower curtain, loo paper roll holder fell off the wall. Noisy room (street traffic, rubbish collection despite requesting a quiet room. Rang after departure to be advised we’d used minibar items when we hadn’t. Not a great experience but room was clean and fresh.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here in the penthouse suite. The view was stunning , the service was exceptional, the room was very spacious and comfortable and it met all of our expectations. This is a wonderful place to stay, so convenient to all amenities in the beautiful New Plymouth and highly recommend this hotel and Salt Restaurant which has an amazing view and ambiance as well as top quality food to all potential guests. Thank you so much to Vivek and your team for the hospitality, being so accommodating as well as providing excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again 😊😊
