Stayed here a few times and always had a lovely time. Easy parking for £12.50 overnight, and the rooms are spacious and modern. There's quite a lot of building work going on round the hotel just now which wasn't the best view out our window, but if you were in the upper rooms you probably won't notice. The pizza delivery to your room was also very convenient

I currently have a mobility issue and am using crutches to get around very slowly. Staff were incredibly kind and supportive. Reception staff even did an additional risk assessment to identify support I would require to leave the building in an emergency. Was very impressed. Didn't get that thorough level of assessment on a recent flight abroad.

Fantastic welcome from the receptionist (didn’t get her name sadly) but really friendly, warm and welcoming. Shared lots of info about the hotel & what was on, and even let us check in early. Room was a great size, very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, everything you needed (tea/coffee machine, fridge, safe, ironing board etc) Great view and the most comfy bed. We had a fab stay & would deffo recommend

Had plenty of choice for breakfast The lady that was putting breakfast out was very helpful , she offered to make us fried eggs or poached eggs . She was really lovely and friendly .

Convenient for the Hydro , but service wasn’t grea

Staff were friendly on the check in desk, no issues there . We weren’t told about reserving a table in the restaurants sadly ! We would have liked to dine as we were going to the hydro for a gig. We were just told no at both the sky bar and downstairs . We were actually told “well you could sit on a table for 15 minutes but then you would have to move ! There’s seats outside you can sit there!” … it was pouring with rain and it’s October in Scotland … maybe no hen! We found somewhere for food in the end but didn’t bother with breakfast as we didn’t want the same experience . The bathroom tiles were smashed too , not an issue for us but I reckon someone will complain at some point
