It was clean and spacious. The champagne bar was beautiful. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was very cool that an entrance was in the train station. Very central to everything.

Staff at the reception were pleasant and the room was lovely and clean. Unfortunately we had a fire alarm at 12.30 in the morning! We could not use the bar in the restaurant as it was too busy. Breakfast was good, although some items weren't as warm as we would have liked.
