Absolutely fabulous hotel! I was pleasantly surprised and would 100% stay here again. I loved it and the bed was really comfortable. Lovely staff as well.

The rooms were quite small, and sound insulation was poor—you could clearly hear everything from hallways and neighboring rooms, including private conversations and bathroom use. Housekeeping services were lacking; rooms were not cleaned, trash bins were not emptied, and fresh towels were not provided unless specifically requested before a certain time in the morning.

Nice little find

Good central location - very near the train station and NCP Car park. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Lovely clean room. It's a shame the bar closed early due a 'system error'. We didn't like the cardboard cups in our bathroom and for tea/coffee. Would we stay again? Yes
