Was a lovely hotel however the pool area that they try and call “relaxing” was far from it. Lots of kids jumping in and out the pool. The jacuzzi on timer was also very slow. Was told no steam room however turns out there was which was good. Nice bar area but expensive in comparison to the rest of the City.

This is second time staying at this hotel. Very close to high street, and bus station. Hotel its self has everything you need, clean room, bar, good breakfast, swimming pool. Kids also loved it. Will definitely use in future . Thank you

We had to talk to someone they took bank details then told me that a room for 2 nights 2 adults then we got told that was everything sorted and got told to go to the hotel which we did and got to the desk and got told there are no rooms avaliable what the hell why take bank details also the hotel was pay when u stay i hope i have not been charged for any hotels that i tried to get s sleep no-one should be put threw this i do want to make a complaint

Our stay was amazing staff were friendly and always around to help, especially sherry she was our server for dinner on our first night, she was absolutely lovely and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in a king room and it’s was lovely and spacious
