Our room was ready upon arrival around 2:30pm. We were handed keys right away and our room was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was some mold in the caulking in the shower. But everything else was clean! The bathroom and room were spacious. Staff were very friendly, brought us extra towels and pillows upon request. Beds were cozy. We loved that we had a window we could open for fresh air. Upon reading reviews, I was aware that the room service would take a while, but I didn’t find that - it was about 40 mins. Everything looked good, my only complaint was that condiments for the fish and chips weren’t supplied and the food was a bit cold. Breakfast was great, lots of different options and lots of it. I was happy to say that when we showed up 20 mins before breakfast was finished, the staff were still filling up food and they had delicious (help yourself) coffee machines! Thank you for a great stay!

Really disappointed that the swimming pool was closed as that was the hotel feature that encouraged us to book. Sadly this keeps happening at hotels we have booked recently. Hotel in a great location and very clean. Staff friendly and efficient.

Tom Sullivan was on reception as we checked in, he was very polite, friendly & always ready to help. He made our stay extremely special. Only wish that the swimming pool would be open as it was under maintenance. Hotel is located very central close to many places. Our room was very spacious. Cleaning was average.View was amazing from the room.Anyone visiting here I would recommend this hotel is the best.

This hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is well worth it as you need a reservation to eat at most restaurants in Scotland. And it was delicious. As we had access to the executive lounge, I had a constant supply of coffee, tea, Irn Bru and snacks at my disposal. Lovely hotel, will strongly consider it again for my next trip to Glasgow. Fair warning, the bar attached to the hotel is a “No Football Colours” bar. So no Celtic or Rangers apparel in there.

Room was ok need a proper clean, found dust on the tv unit and on tv, under the small sink in bathroom was not clean, back hair on back of toliet pan. My bedsheet had red wine staining in this, was going to say that bight but was going out, ordered food for the room and this was cold for all 3 of us. This was the bight we had a concert at the o2 academy, so said when booking out. We paid over 500 pounds for the weekend and felt the standard should have been must better. Was going to come back but unsure if i could, i also noticed this hotel is part of Rangers club and i am disappointed with the standard as a fan myself i would have advertised this hotel to friends but now i wont.

Clean room. Good size. Travel cot was set as requested - clean and comfortable for baby. We used the pool which was a nice warm temperature. Room service options were very limited after hours. We waited a while and one item was forgotten but soon after calling it arrived. arrived.
