Overall it was terrible. The car parking arrangements are a disaster and with road works between the hotel and the actual car park it took me 40 minutes to get parked. The night staff were oblivious to the local difficulty and were entirely uninterested. Also coming late to the hotel the bar closed 20 minutes before midnight which was the time the bar was supposed to close - again no empathy.

Very convenient for O2 Academy (less than 10 minutes walk away). Excellent breakfast and clean and comfortable room. Some noise from passing trains (it’s close to the main line into Glasgow Central), but not a problem after midnight.
