First, the positives: This hotel is in a great location and was the primary purpose for our stay. Very comfortable beds, nice shower etc. Good resolution of issues by senior staff. Negatives: We had two rather alarming issues during our stay and noticed other guests also complaining. A hotel’s primary function is to offer its clients a place to sleep. We requested a quiet room but were placed just three floors above the nightclub which blasted music and shook the room until 4am. Frankly, it was appalling. I've since noticed this is a regular complaint among guest reviews and should have been addressed long ago by management. The nightclub is entirely incompatible with a ‘luxury’ hotel and shows poor business judgement. The lack of structure does not lend itself well to the guest experience. There is a lot to be said for having more seasoned staff, some lacked training and/or common sense. No bar for residents after 10pm. Directed to nightclub where we were refused entry without reservation. No mention of this requirement by staff on check-in. No evidence of ‘conscious hospitality’, however you wish to interpret that. Overall, an attractive hotel which feels like it may not be around for long which is a complete shame. Left feeling very disappointed.

Walking distance from Little Italy

We only stayed two three nights which was not long enough to explore the city. The hotel is very comfortable and has a really aid back feeling. Which is great in a big city. Enjoy!!

Great location - compact room

Great location, really helpful staff who gave us fab suggestions for places to go to - late night drinks and recovery brunch. Funky vibe but rooms especially bathrooms cramped and already a few fixtures coming lose.
