The room was tidy and clean (except carpet). It was good space by NY standards and the bathroom was more than big enough and clean. Shame that the elevator was broken during our stay but the room on a lower floor was not really an issue. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. the room was nice and confortable, but I had issues with the cleaning of the room. they didn't make the bed for 2 consecutive days and one day they didn't clean the bathroom. although I chose breakfast included, there was a limit of 15$ and the rest was on me. This is because it is served by an indipendent restaurant. Not a good surprise...

This place is a complete nightmare. The owner is having a giant party for his friends and there is a loud dj blasting dance music shaking my room. It's almost midnight and they will do nothing. Never ever stay here. Never. Over $600 and it is the worst place I have ever been to
