After filing a formal complaint, I was told there would be an “investigation,” and response within 48 hours, but this has not been the case. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and no apology. The hotel completely ignored the issues and failed to address any part of my experience. One of the most unprofessional and inconsistent hotel stays I’ve had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Our room was excellent - the bed and shower in particular. The room was quiet, the walls thick between rooms, electronic keys and door notices, and tasteful furniture and lighting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet but central.
